An economist says supply issues are a leading factor in rising inflation

A lift in the Consumer Price Index shocked experts yesterday - with a 2.2 percent increase in the September 2021 quarter.
It's the largest quarter movement since June 1987.
Infometrics economist Brad Olsen says there's too much demand in the market.
He says there's a lot of activity causing inflation that supply can't meet.
