A subsidiary of Fletcher Building will pay 168 million dollars over five years - after controversy over leaky pipes in Western Australia

Iplex Pipelines Australia has agreed the deal with the Western Australian Government.
It won't recall the Pro-fit pipe product involved in the issue - but will pay for repair work on any building with pipes that have a particular resin.
Fletcher is back trading on the NZX stock exchange - after an earlier halt pending the announcement.
