The Gloriavale community is adamant it will continue to operate, even if BNZ closes its bank accounts

The Gloriavale community is adamant it will continue to operate, even if BNZ closes its bank accounts

The Court of Appeal's thrown away an injunction, requiring them to be kept open.

BNZ attempted to stop doing business with Gloriavale two years ago, after the community's child labour usage breached its human rights policy.

Gloriavale Chief executive Phil Jamieson says they're considering asking the Supreme Court if would hear a challenge to the ruling.

Jamieson says they're also pursuing a range of options to manage tens of millions of dollars of assets without a bank.
