Dunedin City Holdings Limited has delivered a third consecutive increase in profits

The council group, which includes Aurora Energy and the airport, reported a net profit of 19.4 million for the year ended June.

It's 7.5 million above budget and 17 million dollars was distributed to the city council.

Chairman, Tim Loan says it demonstrates the resilience of their investments and their contribution to the community.

He says they're committed to ensuring the city receives the best outcomes from its assets to make Dunedin one of the world's great small cities.
