    New coach Ross Filipo is placing priority on continuing the work done by previous coaches in building the legacy of the Maori All Blacks


    The former All Blacks, Crusaders and Chiefs lock has been confirmed to take over the role vacated by Clayton McMillan.

    Filipon says he's well aware of the contributions made by McMillan and other former New Zealand Maori coaches like Jamie Joseph, Colin Copper and Matt Te Pou .



    The Maori All Blacks have two matches away against a Japan 15 in late June and early July.
