No bitterness from Brad Mooar as he returns to the New Zealand Rugby coaching scene

No bitterness from Brad Mooar as he returns to the New Zealand Rugby coaching scene

He's back for a second stint at the Crusaders as an assistant - having spent four seasons in the role from 2016 to 2019.

Mooar was lured back to New Zealand from Wales to be in Ian Foster's All Blacks coaching staff - only to be sacked in 2022.

He says his focus is on what lies ahead.

Crusaders coach Rob Penney says Mooar's return has been welcomed by the playing group.

The Crusaders are yet to name their captain for the 2025 season.
