Kiwi snowboarder Zoi Sadowski-Synnott will head into next weekend's X Games in Aspen on a high after claiming the 10th World Cup podium of her career, finishing second at the prestigious LAAX Open Slopestyle World Cup in Switzerland

The result was a triumph for the 23-year-old, after a quiet 2024 recovering from a major ankle injury.

Dane Menzies and Lyon Farrell represented NZ in the men's finals, finishing in seventh and eighth respectively.
