Kiwis international Scott Sorensen is facing a two-game suspension for the tackle that injured Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak

Kiwis international Scott Sorensen is facing a two-game suspension for the tackle that injured Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak

Sorensen was not penalised on-field for his hip-drop style shot from the first half of Penrith's win but was put on report, while Watene-Zelezniak had to hobble off with injury.

Sorensen will sit out of next week's match against ladder leaders the Bulldogs and the following week's match against Parramatta by accepting an early guilty plea.

Sorensen, who scored two tries, is also facing a fine for a high tackle on Warriors fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad .

Nicoll-Klokstad himself has been hit with a proposed fine for a high tackle on Panthers wing Thomas Jenkins.
