Supercars fan favourite Mark Winterbottom is in awe of the courage shown by the pace-setters for this afternoon's Bathurst 1000

Supercars fan favourite Mark Winterbottom is in awe of the courage shown by the pace-setters for this afternoon's Bathurst 1000

The 2013 Bathurst champ will start second on the grid as co-driver to Cam Waters...and the man nicknamed Frosty says the courage shown by his team mate and also pole-setter Brodie Kostecki in qualifying was chilling.

Kiwi Ryan Wood will be 4th on the grid for this afternoon's Great Race, with Matt Payne and Andre Heimgartner a fair way back in 18th and 19th.

MOTORSPORT WITH THE NEW CRC CERAMIC ARMOUR. FOR THAT SHOWROOM FINISH.
