    Manchester City's in second place after taking down Everton 2-nil.

    Elsewhere there were wins for Brighton over Newcastle, Burnley over Leeds and Sunderland over Wolves...while Crystal Palace drew 3-all with Bouremouth.

    Nottingham Forest fell to Chelsea 3-nil...and promptly lost their coach - Ange Postecoglou shown the door after just 40 days in charge - a new EPL record.
