    The eyes of officials are being given extra trust at next year's under-20 World Rugby Championship in Georgia


    It was announced last week that tackles above the sternum will be penalised, following community trials in 11 nations, including New Zealand.

    World Rugby's chief player welfare officer Mark Harrington says offences must be called in the moment.
