    Olympic champion snowboarder Zoi Sadowski-Synnott has laid down a marker ahead of the looming Winter Games in Italy


    In her first competition of the season - the 24-year-old has picked up silver in the slopestyle at the X Games in Aspen.

    Fellow Kiwi Luca Harrington claimed the silver medal in the men's ski Big Air competition.
