Liverpool manager Arne Slot understands tomorrow morning's opponents Manchester City remain a force despite not being in their best form

Liverpool could play significant spoilers for City with a home win which would hand Arsenal a nine point lead over City in the Premier League.

Slot recalled City's earlier season three-nil win over his side in Manchester, with tomorrow morning's game a good test for how his team is looking into the business end of the season.
