    A thumbs up from Crusaders flanker Ethan Blackadder ahead of their Super Rugby title defence, starting Friday against the Highlanders in Dunedin


    The 30-year-old had an operation to repair a torn ligament in his digit during the NPC, which kept him sidelined for three months.

    Blackadder says the early stages of rehabilitation were a struggle.



    The Crusaders side for Friday's match will be named tomorrow.
