To the opening round of golf's Masters..

There's a two-way tie at the top of the leaderboard between Webb Simpson and Marc Leishman at four-under par.

Lee Elder, the first black player to compete at the event in 1975, has joined Gary Player and Jack Nicklaus as an honorary starter ahead of the tournament's 85th staging.

The 86-year-old didn't hit a ceremonial drive on the opening hole, but received an ovation nonetheless.

From the Masters to the Muriwai Open...

Luke Toomey and Daniel Hillier lead by a shot at eight-under, with Ryan Fox tied for third, a stroke back.
