Injured Reds playmaker James O'Connor is expected to be sidelined for a month - putting him in a race against time to be fit for the Wallabies' home test series against England in July

Injured Reds playmaker James O'Connor is expected to be sidelined for a month - putting him in a race against time to be fit for the Wallabies' home test series against England in July

The 30-year-old definitely won't feature in the Queensland side's Super Rugby Pacific finals campaign, after being diagnosed with a low grade hamstring tear from the Reds' win over Moana Pasifika on Friday night.

O'Connor had only returned the week previously from a knee injury - his absence has been keenly felt by the Reds, whose season went off track with a four- game losing streak.
