One Auckland mayoral candidate wants to bring some reality back to the council

Craig Lord is one of 20 hopefuls trying to unseat incumbent Phil Goff.

Lord says there are a lot of little problems with Auckland Council which add up to big ones.

He says it's spending way too much money on the wrong things, and needs to pull back on the niceties, and focus on the necessities.
