The Director-General of Health says Maori input has fed into the three-phase Omicron plan

The Director-General of Health says Maori input has fed into the three-phase Omicron plan

The Government's revealed what its strategy will look like, when cases of the new variant increase.

It includes shortening isolation times, changing the definition of a contact and widening the use of rapid antigen tests.

Dr Ashley Bloomfield says they have, and will continue to have, conversations with a range of Maori groups.

He says tomorrow he will meet with a range of Maori organisations and providers to get feedback.
