The Transport Minister says Auckland's Eastern Busway is making good progress

The Transport Minister says Auckland's Eastern Busway is making good progress

The project will create more than seven kilometres of busway between the Panmure, Pakuranga and Botany town centres.

Minister Simeon Brown's viewed progress at Pakuranga's William Roberts Road and Cortina Place, where the road's being extended to form a left-turn link with Ti Rakau Drive.

    This extension is almost complete.

Stages two and three include a flyover.

The Transport Agency Board will consider the funding case for the final Stage 4 once the Government Policy Statement on Land Transport's been released.
