More than 200 recreational fishermen have been caught illegally raiding marine reserves in the past 2 years

The NZ Herald has revealed Auckland, Taranaki, Hawke's Bay and the Coromandel had the most offences.

The Department of Conversation's Shane Geange says it's a significant problem, with some people ignorant and others wilfully and repeatedly ignoring rules.
