A push for consistency when it comes to how ACC calculates the cash it needs

The recent 1.5-billion dollar net deficit on top of the previous 7.2-billion-dollar short fall, has blown the total out to 13.8-billion.
ACC lawyer and researcher Warren Forster says ACC did very well on its latest return for investments.
But he says the way they counted how much money was needed changed, saying they need 5.8-billion more than last year.
Forster says ACC needs to be looked at, calling some of its issues concerning.
