Our intelligence services are on the hunt for employees ... to help make New Zealand safe and secure

The NZSIS and GCSB is putting out the message that Kiwis can have a career in the field - even if they're not a James Bond

NZSIS Director-General Rebecca Kitteridge says they're looking for a wide range of recruits.

She says they want to bring in more women, and different ethnicities.

About 170 positions will be opening across the agencies over the next year.
