Confirmation from Chris Hipkins -- the Government is near reaching a deal to bolster vaccine supplies

Confirmation from Chris Hipkins -- the Government is near reaching a deal to bolster vaccine supplies

The Covid-19 Response Minister has told Newstalk ZB it should allow the Pfizer vaccine roll-out to continue at the current sped-up rate.

He's revealed it will involve multiple countries, providing us with Pfizer doses.

Hipkins says the Government will have more to say, today or tomorrow.

He says multiple bits need signing by multiple parties -- but there should be some good news soon.

Most of the country moves to Level Two at midnight - with Auckland remaining at Level Four another week.
