Claims Leader of the House Chris Bishop's recent comments on smoke-free legislation don't stack up

The Government's repealing laws that would have restricted retailers selling cigarettes, and banned people born after 2008 from buying them.
Mr Bishop's appeared on TVNZ's Q and A, saying there's no evidence Labour's set-to-be-scrapped laws would have saved lives.
Health Coalition Co-Chair Professor Boyd Swinburn says Mr Bishop's comments are flawed.
Professor Swinburn says there's a tsunami of support and research for these existing laws and Chris' one-liner from his tobacco days won't stack up against all this research.
