Prime Minister Chris Luxon says there's work to do at home - as the APEC summit draws to a close

He's met with leaders from across the Asia Pacific region in Peru - for discussions on the global economy and trade.

Luxon says we need to lift our economy to raise our living standards and allow those working hard to get ahead.

He says we need to build a world class education system, more science, technology and innovation, modern and reliable infrastructure, and more trade and investment.
