Open Justice reports Lynette Chivon Pederson, who had lived in the house for four years, left a mess that took her landlord 40 hours to clean up.

The tribunal found there were numerous holes in the walls, which had also been graffitied and numerous broken doors and windows.

Sections of the front fence and the curtains from inside every room in the house were also missing.

The tenancy tribunal have ordered Pedersen to pay 27-thousand dollars, for damages and her lack of notice.
