That's the message after the first day of Auckland's mass Covid-19 vaccination event.

More than 16-thousand doses will be given over the three days.

Participants can expect a free bus ride, a lollipop and a sticker, to sweeten the deal.

Tasi has been vaccinated and says we should be grateful and just show up.

She says many countries are badly effected by the virus and the best thing we can do is keep safe, and tell others it's important to get the vaccine.
