A Chinese medicine practitioner has been told to apologise for breaching a patient's rights

A Chinese medicine practitioner has been told to apologise for breaching a patient's rights

Open Justice reports the practitioner asked a woman personal questions and allegedly touched her breasts during an appointment in 2021.

She also alleged the clinic had hundreds of acupuncture needles spilling out of a container.

The woman also complained to the Health and Disability Commission his massage left her in pain for several days.

The Commissioner's told the practitioner to apologise to the woman and engage with a mentor for a year.
