There are calls to scrap pharmacy prescription fees

Giant Australian chain, Chemist Warehouse, has pharmacy owners worried... as it plans to open up 70 stores nationwide.

But Richmond pharmacy owner, Andrew McGlashen, says that's not the only challenge.

He says every pharmacist in the country would support waiving five-dollar prescription fees.

McGlashen says they deal with high need patients and often end up waiving the fee as it is - for patients in crisis situations.
