It's the end of the road for the man who killed Auckland woman Blessie Gotingco

It's the end of the road for the man who killed Auckland woman Blessie Gotingco

Tony Robertson has failed in yet another bid to quash his convictions, after being jailed for life in 2015, for the rape and murder of the North Shore woman.

After claims Gotingco's death was an accident were rejected in both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, Robertson applied to the Supreme Court to recall its decision, which would enable a fresh appeal.

That application has now also been declined.
