    Rape is rape ... no matter what


    This from Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance following the conviction of former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

    The 67-year-old's been found guilty on two of five charges ... committing a criminal sex act in the first degree, and rape in the third degree.

    Vance says this is a new landscape for survivors of sexual assault in America.

    He says the jurors' verdicts have turned the page in the justice system on men like Harvey Weinstein.

    Weinstein will be sentenced next month.
