    Ryan Fox has gone into bat for compatriot Michael Campbell after Golf Digest magazine described his 2005 US Open triumph as the most 'underwhelming ever'


    Fox is in New York for this week's US Open at Winged Foot Country Club and is in the first group to tee off tomorrow night.

    Fox played a practice round with former Masters champion Adam Scott this morning who also slammed the article which Fox will use to inspire him.
