A broad investigation will be launched relating to the terrorist attack at Countdown Lynn Mall earlier this month

The actions of Police, Corrections and the Intelligence Service will be reviewed in relation to the stabbings.

And their oversight bodies will work together - to ensure proper scrutiny of inter-agency decisions.

The review is confined to decisions made during the attacker's time in custody and the seven weeks after - before the September 3 attack.

A public report by the oversight bodies is expected to be ready in March.
