Victims involved in a fatal crash more than 40 years ago are angry to learn the driver recently killed a pedestrian while speeding

The Herald's Open Justice reports Neville Capes and Suzanne Brewer were involved in a head-on crash in 1982 -- killing 17-year-old Capes.

This June, the driver, Peter James Napier, also known as Peter Nepia, was jailed for more than two years after driving at a dangerous speed and hitting a pedestrian in Hamilton, who died in hospital.

Brewer, and the family of Neville Capes, have been shocked to learn of the second fatal crash - and say it has brought up memories of the 1982 crash.
