    The FBI's uncovered a Northland man's decades-old sexual offending

    The FBI's uncovered a Northland man's decades-old sexual offending

Open Justice reports cult-member William Stephen Easton's pleaded guilty to 55 charges - including indecent assault and sexual violation against four boys aged 7 to 16, from 1964 to 1986.

Easton was a part of the religious cult the Two by Twos - investigated by the FBI this year.

Of 140 perpetrators identified, about 28 were reportedly from New Zealand.

Easton's been remanded in custody for sentencing in December.
