A witness has told the High Court in Christchurch, the property where it's alleged Yanfei Bao was murdered - would have been in a clean state beforehand

A witness has told the High Court in Christchurch, the property where it's alleged Yanfei Bao was murdered - would have been in a clean state beforehand

The 44 year old realtor was allegedly killed during a private property viewing in July last year - her body found more than a year later.

Chinese national Tingjun Cao is accused of her murder.

During openings, the Crown indicated there was a trail of blood inside the house.

A friend of the property owner, Brenda Schrader , says she helped clean the home in the month before the viewing date.

Schrader says neither she or her husband had injured themselves, and no blood was left at the address.
