Two people are facing charges, four years after a multi-million dollar burglary at a property in Auckland's Westmere

Two people are facing charges, four years after a multi-million dollar burglary at a property in Auckland's Westmere

More than four-million-dollars worth of cryptocurrency, cash, jewellery, and other priceless family heirlooms, were stolen from a safe in 2021.

A private investigator hired by the victim handed over a raft of information to Police last year.

Police searched a Wellsford property, north of Auckland, yesterday, and arrested a 31-year-old man for the burglary.

He's also jointly charged with a 30-year-old woman, for money laundering.

They'll appear in court next week.
