The man charged with murdering Grace Millane apparently broke down and cried, after a sex act with another woman that allegedly left her unable to breathe

The man charged with murdering Grace Millane apparently broke down and cried, after a sex act with another woman that allegedly left her unable to breathe

The Crown asserts the 27-year-old strangled Millane to death in his Auckland apartment last December.

Yesterday, the court heard from three women who met the accused through dating app, Tinder.

The third said she thought she was going to die when he restricted her breathing during a sex act.

His defence says this isn't true - that he was unaware she couldn't breathe and she just wants to portray herself as a victim.

She says if it didn't happen - why would she get involved in this case, which is ruining her life.

    Her testimony continues.
