People are being urged to keep an eye out for alleged offender Edward Smith, who has an arrest warrant

He's pictured with multiple Mongrel Mob related tattoos on his face, notably the words 'Mob Deep' on his forehead.
Police say he failed to appear in court and is believed to be in the Wellington district -- actively offending.
