    A budget mobile phone provider has entered the market but don't expect much in terms of customer service


    Kogan Mobile has up to 400-thousand customers in Australia and has now launched in New Zealand.

    Telecommunications Users' Association chief executive, Craig Young, says the company has no staff here.

    He says it uses bots - automatic software applications - to do its customer service.
