    A new Commerce Commission report shows low-Earth-orbit satellite broadband could become an option for the 13 percent of Kiwis who can't access fibre.

    Early test results for Starlink show peak hour download speeds are faster than 4G wireless broadband and copper-based VDSL in rural areas.
