    A 36-year-old woman has been arrested accused of dropping her kids at school while drunk


    Two detectives alerted by another driver, spotted the woman driving dangerously yesterday morning on State Highway 3 near Whangaehu.

    Police say she blew 3.5 times the legal alcohol limit - and is due in Whanganui District Court today.

    Sergeant Colin Wright says a referral's been made for support with alcohol and drug issues.
