    You'll no longer get a warning saying "flight selling out" as you book cheap seats on Air New Zealand

    It follows a complaint to the Commerce Commission about the scarcity pricing tactic.

    The wording was not for when the flight was selling out - but for seats at a certain price.

    Air New Zealand now says, in hindsight, it believes a message saying: 'fewer than five seats available at these prices' would better reflect reality.
