430 New Zealanders in Australia who had expected to return home and self-isolate after January 17th have been issued MIQ vouchers

430 New Zealanders in Australia who had expected to return home and self-isolate after January 17th have been issued MIQ vouchers

In late November the Government announced New Zealand citizens and residents returning from Australia would be able to self-isolate from January 17th.

But in December this was pushed back until the end of February.

People who travelled to Australia with return flights following the Government's announcement are eligible.

Those who cancelled vouchers expecting to self-isolate and people with vouchers affected by flight cancellations are also eligible.

Returnees have to pay for their MIQ stay.
