Black Friday's been a smash hit for Auckland's Glenfield Mall

Worldline NZ data shows Kiwis spent 126-million-dollars on Friday and Saturday - forking out 346-million-dollars across the week.

That's down 3.9-percent on the same seven-days last year.

Mall owner, Dallas Pendergrast, says the downturn wasn't evident at their shops.

She says going by their foot traffic over the week they were up - and regardless of what the rest of the country was doing, it was a great time for their retailers.
