Calls for public support - as the Christ Church Cathedral faces an uncertain future

Calls for public support - as the Christ Church Cathedral faces an uncertain future

Cabinet this month announced it wouldn't give any further taxpayer funding.

Christchurch Civic Trust spokesperson Mark Belton says he still believes the historic building can be rebuilt.

He says hopefully more parties can help - and the Government come to its senses.
