    A single carpark has been bought for a record-breaking 288-thousand dollars - more than you'd pay for a house in Southland


    The carpark at New Zealand's tallest apartment tower, Pacifica, in central Auckland changed hands between residents.

    The Pacifica has some our country's most expensive real estate - with a penthouse on the market for more than 42 million dollars.
