Ashley Graham has urged her Instagram followers to embrace their bodies this summer

The 33-year-old model has taken to the photo-sharing platform to encourage her fans to be proud of their bodies, regardless of their shape or size

The brunette beauty - who is a proponent of body positivity - wrote on

Instagram: "as the weather gets warmer, i know a lot of people struggle with wearing less clothes and showing more skin. i hope these photos i’ve been tagged in of so many beautiful bodies motivates you to love the skin you’re in. (sic)"

Ashley encouraged her fans to live their lives "to the fullest", and called on them to put any hang-ups to the back of their minds.

Her post continued: "believe me when i say your body is beautiful, and i know it’s easy to tell yourself the lie that you’re not good enough, thin enough, sexy enough, “flawless” enough to wear a tank top or a swimsuit, but it’s hot out there and so are you. don’t let your mind stop you from enjoying your life to the fullest (and remember to say “i love you” to yourself every day)! (sic)"

Meanwhile, Ashley previously described herself as the "ultimate multi-tasker" since becoming a mother.

The model and her husband Justin Ervin welcomed baby Isaac into the world in January 2020, and Ashley has found she has to do "everything faster" in order to accommodate the tot’s needs.

She said: "When you’re a mom, you have to do everything faster - eat, sleep. I’m the ultimate multi-tasker nowadays."

Ashley also explained that the coronavirus crisis gave her the maternity leave she never thought she would have.

Speaking about her lockdown experience, she shared: "We were pretty good at not living in fear but we took precautions.

"I created new routines and had the maternity leave I never thought I would have."
