Kerry Katona hates the way she looks right now after gaining 21 pounds

The former Atomic Kitten singer has not been able to stick to her fitness regime for the past few weeks due to her being away from home and as a result her weight has been going up, leaving her feeling "miserable"

Writing in her New! magazine column, she said: "I'm feeling really s*** at the moment. I've put on about one-and-a-half stone and I feel so miserable with my body and weight. I'm hating the way I look.

"I go up and down with my weight and I've definitely gone up recently. I'm pushing for a size 12, which is obviously fine, but not for me personally. It's really getting me down. I've been travelling a lot, so my regime has just gone out of the window."

Kerry, 40, revamped her exercise routine and diet with the help of her personal trainer fiancé Ryan Mahoney after contracting coronavirus in December 2020.

The TV star was also inspired to get in shape so she looks her best when she and Ryan eventually tie the knot.

Speaking back in September, the mother-of-five revealed: "You can see I've put weight on - I totally overindulged on holiday and I haven't trained for a while, so my figure has suffered as a result.

"Now I'm home, I'm back into my routine with Ryan. We're about to launch our fitness company M-Fit, so it's the perfect opportunity to get back in shape for the wedding!"
