Chanelle Hayes is planning to get a full body lift

The 33-year-old star has revealed she's set to have a body lift and a boob job next month, in a bid to get rid of her excess skin after previously having a gastric sleeve fitted to lose weight

Chanelle - who lost more than seven stone after going under the knife in March - shared: "My weight loss has definitely made me more confident and happy. But from a practical point of view, the loose skin and wonky boobs have been a nightmare.

"I’ve got sagging around my middle and my boobs have totally changed shape - and it really chafes. I’m having to apply talcum powder all the time to stop the pain - there’s always talc everywhere.

"When I think about maybe going on holiday, I wouldn’t want to get my clothes off because of my saggy skin."

The former 'Big Brother' star is scheduled to have an operation next month, and she's explained how the procedure will work.

Chanelle - who underwent breast enlargement surgery in 2011 - told Closer magazine: "The first procedure is called a 360 body lift - it’s exactly like a tummy tuck that goes all the way round, all behind my back.

"I won’t know how much skin they’re going to remove until it’s done. It’s like they’re cutting a belt of skin and then fastening it all the way around me to get rid of the excess."

The TV star thinks the operation will help to improve the appearance of her butt, as it'll have the effect of "lifting the skin".

Chanelle quipped: "I really do have a lot of junk in that trunk."

Chanelle is also looking forward to her second boob job, explaining that it'll see her breasts reduced from a DD size to a C-cup.

She said: "I prefer the smaller look now."
